Karen Schneider

Karen Schneider has extensive experience in legal and compliance operations, currently serving as Senior Manager for Compliance Operations in the Europe region at Incyte since June 2016. Prior roles at Incyte included Manager and Specialist positions in Legal & Compliance Operations. Schneider previously worked at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included corporate administration and compliance for the Europe region. An earlier career includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President at Hydro Aluminium and to the Chairman at GrandVision Retail Management. Schneider's educational background includes a Healthcare Compliance Implementation Leadership Programme from INSEAD and a Certificate in European Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law.
