Kristen Griffiths

Kristen Griffiths is an accomplished communications and patient advocacy professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Assoc. Director of Communications & Patient Advocacy for North America at Incyte since June 2014, Kristen has previously held roles as Sr. Manager of U.S. Public Affairs and Senior Marketing Operations Specialist within the company. Prior to Incyte, Kristen worked at Endo Pharmaceuticals from October 2007 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing drug sampling compliance and leading sales force automation initiatives. Previous experience also includes positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals and an internship at Merck. Kristen holds a degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and attended the University of Delaware.
