T. Anthony Oloyede

T. Anthony Oloyede serves as the Global Head of Compensation & HR Operations at Incyte since 2021, bringing extensive experience in compensation and governance from previous roles as Director of Executive Compensation & Governance at Otis Elevator Co. from 2016 to 2021, and as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, T. Anthony Oloyede worked as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Buck from 2008 to 2014 and as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant at KPMG from 2002 to 2008. T. Anthony Oloyede holds an MBA in General/Strategic Management from Columbia Business School (2012-2014) and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University (1997-2002).
