He has served as Ex-Chairman of Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council of India; Ex-President of Indian Drugs Manufacturers' Association (IDMA), Ex-Vice President (North) of Bulk Drugs Manufacturers Association, Ex-Member of Board of Trade (BOT) - Ministry of Commerce & Industry Ex-Member of Board of Governors of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER).
