Namitesh Roy Choudhury

Namitesh Roy Choudhury possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the chemical and engineering industries. From July 2004 to July 2022, Namitesh served as Vice Chairman and Managing Director at LANXESS India, while also holding the position of Executive Director and Head of PTSE India, focusing on industrial and environmental affairs. Prior to LANXESS, Namitesh worked at Bayer from January 1989 to June 2004 as General Manager of Engineering and Projects, contributing over two decades of expertise in projects and central engineering across China and India. Namitesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, obtained in December 1981.
