Blair Diversi

Blair Diversi has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. They currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Indagare since September 2019. Prior to this, Blair held the position of Senior Vice President Finance at Corporate Travel Management US from November 2017 to February 2019, where they managed operational finance and achieved various accomplishments such as centralizing national AP and Payroll and negotiating strategic banking contracts.

Blair also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Ipas, an international non-profit, from November 2016 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for financial management and played a crucial role in redesigning the global budget process and implementing a new ERP system.

Before joining Ipas, Blair served as the Interim CFO/CEO at iDE UK from January 2016 to June 2016. They successfully rebuilt the entity and managed the Board of Trustees.

Prior to iDE UK, Blair held the position of VP Finance at iDE (International Development Enterprises) from November 2015 to June 2016. They led the global finance function and implemented several improvements in financial policies and procedures.

Before joining iDE, Blair gained experience at GRM Futures Group. They held multiple positions, such as Financial Controller, where they integrated finance teams and policies with acquired/merged companies and managed relationships with key stakeholders.

Blair's career began at PKF Hacketts as an Accountant in July 1998 and later worked at SRJ Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors as an Accountant from April 2001 to December 2003.

In addition, Blair has been self-employed as an Accounting & Finance Consultant for various companies, including Stanwell Corporation Ltd, CSTIM Ltd, Czarnikow Group Ltd, and Lovells.

Blair Diversi has a diverse education history with a focus on accounting and business. Additionally, Blair is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a degree in Accounting. They have obtained certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and ACA from ICAEW. Blair also holds a degree in Accounting and Law (B Bus (Acc) / LLB) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). In the field of Hospitality & Tourism Management, they have a Certificate from Florida Atlantic University. Blair has further certifications in the form of ACA from ICAEW, ACCA from ACCA, and Certified Public Accountant from the District of Columbia Board of Accountancy.
