In 2020, Cesar began working at Indeavor as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Global Project Manager, leading international implementation projects of their demand driven employee scheduling and absence management SaaS solution to large enterprises in manufacturing, food processing, energy, utilities and government.

In 2000, they went on to get their Master's in Marketing from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado with a focus in Management & Business Strategy. In 2018, they completed a Single Course Certificate from Harvard Extension School in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies - EDX.
