Iza Ilagan has an extensive work experience in the field of training and development. Iza began their career in 2005 as a Reservation Sales Specialist in the Travel & Hospitality industry, where they consistently received outstanding ratings and awards for their performance.
In 2007, Iza joined Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc. as a Training Lead, responsible for administering training for Sales and Inbound US Credit Card Acquisitions. Iza also worked as a Training Lead in the Banking Services department, where they provided recommendations on business solutions to partner clients.
In 2008, Iza was promoted to the role of Training Manager for the Banking Services Fraud Department, overseeing the training responsibilities for a Customer Service Account handling US Credit Card Fraud. Iza designed and developed training programs and coached and mentored trainers.
In 2010, Iza became the Assistant Training Manager for Emerging Markets and ANZ Businesses at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc., where they developed and mentored training leads in Australian accounts. Iza completed a COPC Audit and established a knowledge management system.
In 2012, Iza joined Teleperformance as a Training Manager for ANZ Businesses. Iza was responsible for the delivery of training and development for the account and managed the training team. Iza also mentored and developed trainers' skills.
From 2015 to 2017, Iza worked as the Learning & Development Manager at PROBE Group. In this role, they oversaw the planning, designing, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs for Australian clients.
In 2017, Iza joined Accenture as a Business Interlock Associate Manager. Iza served as the Global Training Manager for a multinational tech account, focusing on content management and review. Iza also had responsibilities as an Account Management and Solutions Architect, accountable for Capability and Leadership Development. Additionally, they served as the Digital Knowledge Transfer lead for the Capability Development team.
Most recently, Iza worked at InDebted as the Head of Training. Iza advocated and presented the business case for subscribing to a knowledge base and Learning Management System to support the Customer Service team. Iza developed processes in the knowledge base and designed a blended learning CS onboarding training.
Throughout their career, Iza Ilagan has continuously demonstrated their expertise in training and development, contributing to the success of various organizations.
Iza Ilagan completed their high school education at St. Scholastica's College Manila from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Advertising Management at De La Salle University from 1999 to 2002.
