Sarin Naduvilothi PMP® CSM SAFe RPA has over ten years of experience in project and product management. Sarin began their career in 2006 at XOU Solutions Limited as a Product Development Project Manager. In 2011, they moved to IBM as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for handling major programs and infrastructure projects, maintaining and completing project key performance indicators, and identifying, costing and processing any contract variations. In 2016, they joined AstraZeneca as a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master. Currently, they are working at Indecium Consulting Group as a Project Manager / Scrum Master, managing end-to-end software delivery and cloud migrations, utilizing both waterfall and agile methodology with Azure DevOps and Scrum. Sarin also empowers the team to make system and process improvements captured in sprint retrospective meetings, and removes impediments for developers and testers.

Sarin Naduvilothi PMP® CSM SAFe RPA's education history includes a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Jamal Mohammed College from 1999 to 2001, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The New College, and a Higher Secondary in Computer Science from Justice Basheer Ahmed School (SIET) from 1994 to 1996.
