Neeta Dabral

Neeta Dabral currently serves as the Head of HR for India Operations at Indecomm Global Services since September 2019. Previously, Neeta held the position of Location Leader HR at Concentrix, managing HR functions for over 4,500 employees across multiple locations. Neeta's career includes significant roles such as Director of HRD at 24/7 Customer Pvt Ltd., where the focus was on integrating HR into corporate strategy, as well as Senior Manager of HR and L&D at Scicom Contact Centre Services Pvt Ltd., where initiatives in employee engagement and development were implemented.
