Alberto Villanueva Eslava

Alberto Villanueva Eslava currently serves as the Presidente ejecutivo of Indecopi Oficial and as a Director at COFIDE since September 2024. Prior to these roles, Alberto held the position of Decano de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas at Universidad Privada del Norte from July 2012 to April 2024 and served multiple terms as Vocal en la Sala Concursal de Indecopi. Alberto also held the position of Presidente at the Sala Especializada en Procedimientos Concursales between April 2017 and April 2019. With legal expertise that includes work with Rossello Law Firm and senior counsel at PepsiCo, Alberto's educational background includes an LLM from Cornell Law School and a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
