Francisco Ochoa Mendoza

Francisco Ochoa Mendoza is an experienced professional currently serving as the Technical Secretary at Indecopi Oficial since July 2008, where responsibilities include supporting regional offices in reducing regulatory barriers to promote competition. Prior roles at Indecopi include Deputy Technical Secretary and Legal Coordinator. Francisco also engages in academia as a lecturer at Universidad del Pacífico and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, teaching courses on regulatory impact and legal institutions. Additionally, Francisco has served as a member of the Administrative Court for User Claims at OSIPTEL and has lectured on various legal topics at Escuela Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Propiedad Intelectual and Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
