Novo Constare's work experience is as follows:

- Novo Constare joined Indeed.com in 2022 as GM, Staffing Solutions.

- Prior to that, Novo Constare was the CEO of Indeed Flex starting from August 2022.

- Novo Constare also served as the Co-Founder & COO of Indeed Flex from January 2015 to August 2022.

- Before joining Indeed Flex, Novo Constare worked at TradeLink as a Senior Trader from April 2010 to January 2015.

- Novo Constare was a Director at NeVo Partnership from July 2012 to December 2014. They were a founding partner in a property investment fund specializing in underutilized property assets in London.

- From March 2009 to January 2012, Novo Constare served as Director at Wholly Goat.

- Novo Constare started their career as a Junior Trader at Met Traders Ltd from February 2008 to February 2010.

Novo Constare attended St Paul's School from 1997 to 2004. Following that, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Philosophy at the University of Bristol.
