Poonam Dewan FCA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and finance operations, currently serving as the Manager of Change Management Global Finance Operations at Indeed.com since July 2019. Responsibilities include implementing the change management office, conducting stakeholder analysis, and fostering business readiness for strategic finance projects. Poonam also held the role of Global Training Lead, where responsibilities encompassed developing the learning and development strategy for Workday Financials and creating training materials.
