Volodymyr Khodonovych

Volodymyr Khodonovych is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the VP of Business Development for AI at Indeema since September 2025. Khodonovych is also a member of the Young Business Club since 2022. Previous roles include CEO and Co-founder of UPSKY.ai until its acquisition by GigRadar in September 2025, as well as CEO and Co-founder of Perfsol, a company focused on delivering innovative IT solutions, from July 2018 to September 2025. Additional experience includes positions as Android Team Lead at N-iX, Android Tech Lead at TICKETS.UA, Android Engineer at EPAM Systems, and Android Engineer at Vakoms. Khodonovych holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and completed further education at UCU Business School in early 2016.
