Anuya Kulkarni has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Anuya most recently worked at Indegene as a System Analyst Lead, leading the HRMS implementation of the SuccessFactor cloud application at a global level. Their responsibilities included creating, managing, and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practices, as well as providing data analysis and reporting. Prior to this, they worked at Godrej Infotech Ltd as a Senior Manager and Functional Consultant, where they analyzed customer requirements, developed proposed solutions, and led projects in an Agile manner. Anuya also worked at Accelya Group as a Lead Associate in HRIS, responsible for the Oracle HCM application. Before that, Anuya was an HR Manager at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., where they implemented HRIS, performed HR generalist activities, and maintained employees' files. Anuya started their career at Aquity Solutions as a Senior Executive in Corporate HR and later worked at Onida as an HR Executive, handling recruitment, performance management, and training and development.
Anuya Kulkarni completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from The ICFAI University, Tripura. Anuya attended the university from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their MBA, they studied Chemistry at RAMNIRANJAN JHUNJHUNWALA COLLEGE from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
In addition to their formal education, Anuya Kulkarni has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the certifications in Giving Helpful Feedback, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills, Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity, Project Management Project, Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, and Initiating and Planning Projects from various institutions, including the University of Colorado Boulder and UC Irvine.
