Arathi Ponangi

Arathi Ponangi has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field.

Arathi began their career in 2004 as a faculty member at Aurora P.G.College, where they worked for two years until 2006.

In 2006, they joined T.V.Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd as an Associate Consultant, focusing on areas such as 360 Degree Feedback, Assessment Development Centers, Competency Mapping, and Performance Management Systems. Arathi worked in this role for over a year until 2007.

From 2007 to 2012, Arathi worked at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Arathi started as an Assistant Manager HR, where they were part of the Talent Management group and worked on critical Talent identification and Development processes. In 2012, Arathi moved to Ness Technologies as Manager HR. In this role, they served as a business partner HR for 10 business units, with responsibilities including Performance Management, compensation & benefits, reward & recognition, employee communication, attrition management, and career development. Arathi also handled Performance Management system, Career Development & Promotion at the India level. Arathi worked at Ness Technologies until 2014.

From 2014 to 2020, Arathi worked at ITC Infotech. Arathi started as a Human Resources Manager, where they developed a Talent Strategy aligned to the business. Arathi later held the position of Senior Manager HR, where they continued to contribute to talent strategy and management.

Most recently, Arathi joined Indegene as the Director of Talent Management and Engagement in July 2022.
