Raj Barve

Raj Barve has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles in multiple companies.

Starting in 2000, Raj worked as an Assistant Manager at Wockhardt Ltd. for five years.

In 2005, Raj joined McCann Health, where they held positions such as Group Account Director, Business Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and General Manager for both the MENA region and China.

During their time at McCann Health, Raj achieved significant success, including delivering double-digit revenue growth, expanding the client base, and introducing new systems and processes of work.

In 2018, Raj moved to Indegene, where they currently serve as the Associate Vice President for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, they lead the APAC P&L and drives growth across various streams, including Clinical, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial. Raj is responsible for the markets in China, Japan, Korea, Australia, and the SEA cluster.

Throughout their career, Raj has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a track record of surpassing annual budgets, and the ability to turn around underperforming business units. Raj has also successfully launched new service lines to diversify and develop new growth drivers for the businesses they have worked with.

Raj Barve completed their Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Production S/W at Pune University from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing at Pune University from 1998 to 2000.
