Ramya Vokuda

Ramya Vokuda, PhD, has extensive work experience in the field of scientific writing and research. Ramya currently serves as the Lead of Scientific Writing at Indegene since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Medical Writer at Indegene Life Systems Private Limited in Bangalore from January 2018 to April 2021. In 2011, Ramya was a Research Staff at Advanced Fertility Centre, where they specialized in the areas of Endocrinology and Andrology related to advanced fertility techniques. Their responsibilities included delivering reports for assays conducted with blood samples.

Ramya Vokuda, PhD has a strong background in education, with a focus on molecular pathology in neurosciences. Their educational journey began at Auden Institute of Education in Bangalore, where they completed their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) in 2004. Ramya then proceeded to join Mount Carmel PU College, where they obtained their PUC (Pre-University Course) qualification in Science in 2006.

Eager to advance their knowledge in biotechnology, Ramya enrolled at Bangalore Jobs Youth from 2006 to 2009 to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. Ramya continued their education at the same institution and successfully completed their Master's degree in Biotechnology from 2009 to 2011.

Seeking further specialization, Ramya pursued their highest level of education at Post Graduate Careers from 2012 to 2018. It was during this period that they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular Pathology, with a specific focus on neurosciences.
