Steffi Maben Pmp®

Steffi Maben PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steffi began their career as a Trainee at American Mission Hospital in 2011, where they gained exposure to various HR roles and worked on projects related to employee engagement and customer satisfaction. After that, they joined Markelytics Solutions in 2012 as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects and a team of CATI members.

In 2014, Steffi joined WNS Global Services as a Market Research Analyst, contributing to market research initiatives. Steffi then moved on to Digicaptions India Pvt Ltd in 2015, starting as a Senior Project Coordinator and later transitioning to the role of Team Lead. During their time at Digicaptions, they gained experience in project coordination and leadership.

Steffi's most recent experience is with Indegene, where they joined in 2019 as a Delivery Manager. Steffi then progressed to the roles of Account Lead - Delivery Manager and currently serves as an Account Manager Lead. Steffi'sresponsibilities at Indegene include managing accounts, leading delivery teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Steffi has demonstrated strong project management skills and a customer-centric approach. Steffi is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Steffi Maben PMP® obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell. Steffi then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. In addition, they hold a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2017.
