Since 1999, Carlo has served as Plant Production Manager at Indena, where responsibilities include overseeing production and process technology. Prior to this role, Carlo worked as a Quality Assurance Assistant at Amsa S.p.A. and Cosma S.p.A. from January 1998 to September 1999, contributing to quality management initiatives within the companies.
