Debaraj Mohanty

Debaraj Mohanty is a seasoned lawyer with over 18 years of experience in various legal fields, including Commercial Law, Mining Law, Property Law, Banking Law, Labour and Industrial Law, and Criminal Law. Since July 2012, Debaraj has been practicing at an Independent Law Practice. Additionally, Debaraj has served as an Advocate at the Orissa High Court since November 1996, advocating for a corruption-free society. Prior experience includes holding the position of Branch Head at FoxMandal & Co. in the Bhubaneswar office from January 2006 to July 2012, where Debaraj independently managed commercial litigation cases at the Orissa High Court. Debaraj holds a B.A.LL.B degree in Philosophy from Utkal University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
