Annelise Rowling

Annelise Rowling currently serves as a Government Markets-Performance Management Program Analyst at Independence Blue Cross since October 2022. Prior to this role, Annelise worked as a Research Analyst in the Operations, Information, and Decisions Department at the University of Pennsylvania, where data analysis contributed to understanding individual reasoning and decision-making. Annelise engaged as a Peer Advisor in the College of Arts and Sciences Advising Program, supporting first-year students' transitions to college, while also competing as a Division I Varsity Rower. In the summer of 2021, Annelise gained experience as a Food Server at Turning Point Restaurants and previously worked at Cooper River Yacht Club as a Sailing Camp Assistant and Steward. Annelise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a concentration in Public Policy and a minor in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. Annelise completed high school at Haddonfield Memorial High School, graduating in 2018.
