Grant Gegwich

Grant Gegwich is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, and marketing within the healthcare and education sectors. As the Director of Corporate Communications at Independence Blue Cross since August 2017, Grant leads media outreach, crisis communications, and digital strategy for a major health insurance company. Grant serves as an adjunct professor at both Arcadia University and previously at Penn State University, teaching various communication courses. Prior to these roles, Grant held several leadership positions at Crozer-Keystone Health System, culminating as Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing, where oversight included strategic branding and public relations for a multi-hospital system. Grant's career also includes a notable role at Drexel University, where as Director of Publications, Grant managed a team responsible for diverse university communications. Academically, Grant holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Elizabethtown College.
