Julia Safro

Julia Safro (Gutman) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client implementation and financial analysis at Independence Blue Cross since March 2007. As Director of Client Implementation, responsibilities include managing the setup of large group benefits and pharmacy benefits, as well as overseeing reporting and analytics.
