Khaliah Walker

Khaliah Walker is a Data Insight & Reporting Analyst at Independence Blue Cross, with experience in data analysis, report generation, and business process improvement since August 2016. Khaliah has previously held roles as an Escalation Specialist and Client Services Team Lead, where responsibilities included coaching team members, managing tasks under tight deadlines, and providing insights on trends to upper management. Prior to that, Khaliah worked at CGFNS International, Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist, focusing on coaching new hires and resolving applicant inquiries. Khaliah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rosemont College, completed in May 2023.
