Lisette Garza Msod

Lisette Garza MSOD, MPhil is a seasoned professional in leadership development and education, currently serving as a Leadership Development Consultant at Independence Blue Cross since May 2023. With extensive experience at the University of Pennsylvania, Lisette has held multiple roles including Graduate Teaching Assistant, Director of Programs for Penn First Plus Alumni, and Assistant Director focused on diversity and professional development. Lisette's contributions extend to the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching as a committee member and as a member of The Alumni Society, dedicated to advancing Latino leadership. Previous roles include Program Coordinator for Fulbright Korea, where initiatives for alumni relations were established, and an English language teacher in Gwangju. Lisette holds a Master of Philosophy in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching, alongside a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
