Saurav Pathak

Saurav Pathak, PhD, is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in managerial roles at leading companies. Currently, Saurav serves as Manager of Data Science at Independence Blue Cross since July 2024, following a similar position at MSC Industrial Supply Co. from October 2023 to July 2024. Prior to these roles, Saurav worked at KPMG US as Manager, Data Scientist, and held the position of Principal Analytics Consultant at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Saurav's career began at Tata Consultancy Services as a Data Science Consultant and Consulting Partner, and earlier experience includes roles as Research Associate and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. Saurav earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania, completing the degree in 2005.
