Sharon Tindall

Sharon Tindall is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in application development and software engineering. Currently serving as Director of Application Development at Independence Blue Cross since October 2021, Tindall previously founded SRT Associates LLC and held the title of Principal Consultant, overseeing IT solution projects across various industries. Additional roles include VP of Software Engineering at RxSense, where Tindall was instrumental in developing modern pharmacy benefit management solutions, and AVP of Application Development at The Judge Group, focusing on technical solutions for Comcast. Prior experiences at Cigna and QualCare Inc. involved leading significant IT transformations and developing strategic health plan alliances. Tindall began a career in IT in 1992 at The Hibbert Group as Manager of Programming and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Monmouth University.
