Tracy Wahler

Tracy Wahler is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles across several organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Talent Manager at Independence Blue Cross since August 2006, Tracy was promoted to this senior role in 2013 and now supports Service Operations with over 1,300 associates. Previous experience includes managing high-volume recruitment efforts for multiple departments as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Recruiter at Independence Blue Cross, and serving as Regional Staffing Manager at Kohl's Department Stores, where Tracy oversaw staffing for over 70 stores in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additional roles include Associate Director of Human Resources at BMG Direct/Columbia House, Recruiting Consultant at CS Technology, and Store Manager at The Limited. Tracy holds a BS degree in Fashion Merchandising from Philadelphia University and has foundational education from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
