Sugenny Flowers

Sugenny Flowers is an experienced professional in care coordination and social work, currently serving as the Manager of Care Coordination for MS and SCI teams at Independence Care System since November 2002. Responsibilities include managing a team of 14 social workers, 6 nurses, and 3 Care Management Coordinators, overseeing 800 members, and facilitating interdisciplinary meetings to improve health outcomes.
