Phil Dalrymple

Phil Dalrymple has extensive work experience in the drilling industry. Phil started their career in 2003 at Rowan Companies, where they held various positions such as Roughneck, Derrickhand, and Assistant Project Engineer. Phil then progressed to roles such as Driller, Toolpusher, and Safety Specialist. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Project Engineer.

Since 2013, Phil has worked at Independence Contract Drilling, where they have taken on increasing responsibilities. Phil started as an Area Manager and later became an Operations Manager. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a VP of Operations and recently transitioned to the role of SVP of Operations in December 2020.

From 1999 to 2003, Phil Dalrymple attended Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
