Rob Digeronimo

Rob DiGeronimo has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Rob started working at Independence Excavating in 2008 as the Vice President and later became the President in 2017. As a construction professional, they focus on process improvement through strategic market analysis, management empowerment, and team building to maximize operational efficiency. Rob also ensures that corporate values are delivered within all levels of the organization.

Rob DiGeronimo holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Capital University, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University's College of Engineering from 1993 to 1995.
