Yuho Yamashiro

Yuho Yamashiro currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Independence Pet Holdings, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Yuho worked at Suntory Global Spirits as Senior Manager in Change Management within the Transformation Management Office from September 2023 to October 2024. From March 2018 to December 2022, Yuho held the role of Director in the Chief Strategy Office at MUFG, where key responsibilities included managing enterprise-wide programs to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, Yuho served as Director of the Operational Effectiveness Office and Vice President of Operations & Technology at PwC from October 2008 to March 2018, focusing on system implementation and process improvement for global financial services clients. Yuho's educational background includes a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University, with a double concentration in International Economics and Asia, along with a minor in Business, and a study abroad program in Chinese Language and Literature at East China Normal University.
