Catherine Stalker

Catherine Stalker is a Partner at Independent Audit Limited, where Catherine specializes in reviewing the effectiveness of boards in various organizations. Catherine also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees at First Ukrainian International Bank, SDX Energy Plc, and DTEK. With a background in management consulting at PwC and experience at the Bank of England, Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in Russian/French from Heriot-Watt University and an MSc in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
