Heather Wood is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President at Independent Bank (i-Bank) since April 2005. Prior to this role, Heather held a position in Private Banking at SouthTrust Bank from December 2003 to April 2005 and worked in the Credit Department at Royal Cup Coffee from May 1998 to December 2003. Heather earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing the program in 2003.
