Aap Stephanie Volz

Stephanie Volz, AAP has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Stephanie began their career at Fifth Third Bank in 1999 as a Branch Manager, where they worked until 2005. After that, they joined Traverse City State Bank as an AVP, Client Services Manager, where they stayed for over a decade until 2018. In 2018, Stephanie joined Independent Bank as an AVP, Small Business and Payments Manager. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Payment Manager in the same company.

Stephanie Volz, AAP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Dance from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In October 2013, they also obtained their Accredited ACH Professional certification from NACHA.
