Fiona Pestell

Fiona Pestell is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including non-profit organizations, commercial construction, and luxury goods. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at the Independent Beauty Association since April 2024, Fiona previously held the same position at Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, where strategic programming catered to at-risk girls aged 6-18. Earlier roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, Business Development and Recruitment Branch Manager at The Premier Group, and Project Coordinator positions in both Benjamin West and TreeHouse. Fiona has also demonstrated leadership as an Assistant Gallery Leader at Restoration Hardware and as a Sales Manager at Made in Earth Jewelry Company. With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Drama Secondary Education from Edith Cowan University, Fiona brings a unique blend of creative and operational expertise to their pursuits.
