Nigel Richards

Nigel Richards is the Head of Finance Operations, Projects, and Integration at Independent Builders Merchant Group, the largest building materials distributor in the South of England. Prior to their current role, Nigel was the Group Financial Controller at the same company. Before joining IBMG, Nigel served as the Head of Finance at Man Bites Dog, a strategic ideas company. Nigel's previous experience also includes roles at EY as a Senior Manager, Analytics Enablement Leader, and Audit Champion. Nigel began their career at Stoten Gillam as a Manager, providing accounting, tax, audit, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Nigel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Manchester and is an ACCA qualified professional.
