Heather Newton

Heather Newton is an experienced consultant specializing in insight, innovation, and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as an Insight & Innovation Consultant at Posse London, Heather designs bespoke solutions for client challenges using design thinking principles. Previous roles include Senior Associate Consultant at Horizon Strategy, Expert Associate Consultant at Untapped Innovation, and Director of Innovation at Underdog, among others. Notable past positions also include Innovation Development Manager at Cancer Research UK and extensive experience as a Planner at VCCP and within the Mars Marketing Development Programme. Heather holds two master's degrees, one in Theology from the University of Cambridge and another in Writing Musical Theatre from the University of London.
