John Hodgkinson

John Hodgkinson, BA, CHRL, has extensive experience in Employee and Labour Relations, currently serving as Senior Manager at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) since September 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing Employee & Labour Relations and Health & Safety. Previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Canadian General-Tower Ltd from 2009 to 2013, managing HR operations for a large, unionized workforce. Earlier career experience includes a role as Labour Relations/HR Professional at Mahle Filter Systems Canada from 1999 to 2009, focusing on management and union relations. Educational qualifications include a BA in Social Sciences from King’s University College, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College, and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Queen's University.
