Sue Gagne

Director Talent Management at Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO)

Sue Gagne has extensive experience in various roles related to talent management, human resources, and organizational development. Sue currently works as the Director of Talent Management at the Independent Electricity System Operator, where they are responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this, Sue worked as a Principal Consultant at Sue Gagne Consulting, where they provided consulting services for a procurement system implementation and represented management in an arbitration. Sue also held leadership positions at Technical Safety BC, Securit/Shred-it, Gennum Corporation, and OSI, where they focused on areas such as human resources, learning and engagement, organizational development, and leadership development. Throughout their career, Sue has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee commitment and organizational success.

Sue Gagne received their Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in 1991. Sue then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Guelph from 1991 to 1994.
