Jessica Hoestermann

Jessica Hoestermann is currently serving as an Associate Digital Product Manager at Independent Health since December 2024, following a previous role as an Associate Digital Product Manager from July 2022 to October 2024. In these positions, Jessica collaborated with various teams to gather requirements and designed a user journey map to enhance the efficiency of the Market Research team. Prior to this, Jessica held roles as a User Experience Researcher at Independent Health and a User Experience Research Operations Specialist at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities included managing participant recruitment and maintaining a database for research studies. Jessica also contributed as an Operations Program Specialist at Gelia and as a User Experience Design Researcher at M&T Bank, where project logistics and stakeholder relationships were key focus areas. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 2013 and 2017.
