Jonathan Burow has a diverse background in technology, product management, and customer experience. Jonathan is a Founding Member of WXO - World Experience Organization since October 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at Independent Health, Blizzard Labs, University at Buffalo, and Synacor, where they developed expertise in online engagement, digital transformation, product management, and software development.
Jonathan Burow completed their BA in Media Study at the University at Buffalo from 2003 to 2007. Jonathan also obtained a certification from Pragmatic Institute. Most recently, they completed the Experience Designer Extraordinaire program at The College of Extraordinary Experiences and received additional certifications in Agile and PHP5.
