Having worked at Independent Health since 2006, Michele currently holds the position of Claims Operations Manager. Prior to this, Michele gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager at Kinko's Copies and as a Clerk at Albany Medical Center. Michele obtained their education at Erie Community College from 1992 to 1995.
