Paul Stachelski

Paul Stachelski has over 25 years of experience in contact center leadership, service operations, servicing, and healthcare operations. Paul started their career in 1994 as an Operations Manager at Softbank Services Group, then moved on to become a Director of Operations at Fiserv Lending Solutions. Paul later joined Independent Health, where they held various roles including Director of Servicing, Director of Service Operations Center, and VP of Service and Healthcare Operations. Currently, Paul is self-employed, focusing on Contact Center Leadership.

Paul Stachelski earned a BA in Political Science and Philosophy of Law from the University at Buffalo from 1984 to 1988.
