Phil Salemi Jr. began their work experience as a Registered Nurse at Kaleida Health in 2002. Phil then moved on to roles at Excellus BCBS, Univera Healthcare, and Excellus BCBS again, where they held various managerial positions focusing on program development, care delivery models, utilization management, and quality improvement operations.
