Reed Cooley currently serves as a Policy Fellow at the Independent Institute since November 2020, focusing on public policy research that addresses marginalized and indigenous communities, as well as the effects of propaganda and political rhetoric. Previous positions include Director of Communications for the Libertarian National Committee from August 2022 to February 2023, and various roles at Young Americans for Liberty from July 2018 to February 2022, including Vice President of Communications. Early career experiences encompass advertising, team member roles at Chick-fil-A, and writing and videography positions. Reed Cooley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Baylor University and an Associate of Arts in History from Jones College.
