Scott Beyer is an experienced professional currently serving as Development and Rental Manager at R.L. Beyer Custom Homes since March 2024. Beyer owns The Market Urbanist, a media company focused on advocating for free-market city policy and boasting a following of over 50,000 across various social media platforms. In addition to this, Beyer has held advisory roles at Tipolis and served as a policy fellow and journalist for the Independent Institute since March 2019, where a weekly urban affairs column is written for Catalyst.
