Eric Miller Mpa

Eric Miller MPA, CCEP, CIG, LPI has over 37 years of work experience in various roles related to compliance, investigations, and assurance services. Their most recent position is Vice President of Corporate Compliance at Independent Living Systems, LLC, where they oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, directs activities related to fraud prevention, and coordinates policy development and employee training. Prior to this, Eric was a Partner at The Integrity Group, where they worked with local governmental entities to obtain and properly spend federal grant funds for disaster and economic recovery purposes. Eric also served as the Chief Inspector General of the State of Florida, where they were responsible for coordinating investigations, audits, and policy development to address fraud, waste, and misconduct in government. Eric has held leadership positions in various agencies, including the Agency for Health Care Administration, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, and the State of Florida Department of Financial Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to integrity, accountability, and efficiency in public service.

Eric Miller holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida. In addition to their education, Eric has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP®) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), a Certified EEOC Investigator certification from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and a Certified Financial Crimes Investigator certification from the IAFCI Bust Out and Synthetic Identity Industry Group. Eric is also a Certified Inspector General and a retired Certified Law Enforcement Officer, as well as holding various licenses as a Florida Licensed Private Investigator, Security Manager, and Agency Manager from the DOACS Division of Licensing.
